ਕਹਾਣੀ: ਫਿਲਮ ਦੀ ਕਹਾਣੀ ਨਿੰਮੀ ਅਤੇ ਅਰਜਨ ਦੇ ਆਲੇ ਦਵਾਲੇ ਘੁੰਮਦੀ ਹੈ| ਨਿੰਮੀ ਮਲੇਸ਼ੀਆ ਵਿਚ ਆਪਣੇ ਤਾਏ (ਸ਼ਿਵੰਦਰ ਮਾਹਲ) ਨਾਲ ਰਹਿੰਦੀ ਹੈ| ਉਸਦਾ ਤਾਇਆ ਨਿੰਮੀ ਦੀ ਰਹਿਣੀ ਸਹਿਣੀ ਨੂੰ ਪਸੰਦ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਦਾ ਅਤੇ ਉਸਦੇ ਭਵਿਖ ਲਈ ਫ਼ਿਕਰਮੰਦ ਹੈ| ਇੱਕ ਚੰਗੇ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਮੁੰਡੇ ਨਾਲ ਉਹ ਉਸਦਾ ਵਿਆਹ ਕਰਾਉਣਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਪਰ ਨਿੰਮੀ ਆਪਣੇ ਦੋਸਤਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਮਿਲ ਕੇ ਬਿਜ਼ਨਸ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ| ਪਿੰਡ ਦਾ ਦਿਲ ਕਹੇ ਜਾਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਅਰਜਨ (ਰੋਸ਼ਨ ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸ) ਪਿੰਡ ਵਿਚ ਹੀ ਜੁਗਾੜ ਲਗਾ ਕੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਭੈਣ ਦੇ ਇਲਾਜ ਲਈ ਪੈਸੇ ਜੋੜਦਾ ਹੈ| ਉਹ ਪੈਸੇ ਵਾਸਤੇ ਕੁਝ ਵੀ ਕਰ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ| ਨਿੰਮੀ ਦਾ ਤਾਇਆ ਨਿੰਮੀ ਦੀ ਮਾਸੀ (ਨਿਰਮਲ ਰਿਸ਼ੀ) ਦੀ ਡਿਊਟੀ ਲਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਕੇ ਉਹ ਉਸਦਾ ਵਿਆਹ ਕਿਸੇ ਚੰਗੇ ਜਿਹੇ ਮੁੰਡੇ ਨਾਲ ਕਰਾਵੇ| ਆਪਣੇ ਤਾਏ ਦੀ ਜ਼ਿੱਦ ਅੱਗੇ ਝੁਕ ਕੇ ਨਿੰਮੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਆ ਕੇ ਮੁੰਡੇ ਨਾਲ ਵਿਆਹ ਕਰਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਮੰਨ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ| ਨਿੰਮੀ ਦੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਆਉਣ ਤੇ ਕਹਾਣੀ ਵਿਚ ਕਾਫੀ ਦਿਲਚਸਪ ਮੋੜ ਆਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ| ਹਰ ਦੂਜੇ ਸੀਨ ਵਿਚ ਕੋਈ ਨਾ ਕੋਈ ਨਵੀ ਤਰਕੀਬ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ| ਦਰਸ਼ਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਬੰਨ ਕੇ ਰੱਖਣ ਲਈ ਕਾਫੀ ਹੈ|
ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ਕ ਮਨਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਕਹਾਣੀ ਨੂੰ ਬਾਖੂਬੀ ਲਿਖਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ| ਹਰ ਇੱਕ ਵਿਸ਼ਾ ਵਸਤੂ ਦਾ ਧਿਆਨ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਕੇ ਦਰਸ਼ਕਾਂ ਦਾ ਧਿਆਨ ਬਣਿਆ ਰਹੇ, ਅਜਿਹਾ ਕਰਨ ਵਿਚ ਉਹ ਕਾਮਯਾਬ ਵੀ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ| ਫਿਲਮ ਦੇ ਹਰ ਕਲਾਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਰੋਲ ਨੂੰ ਚੰਗੀ ਤਰਾਂ ਨਿਭਾਇਆ ਹੈ| ਬਨਿੰਦਰਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ (ਬੰਨੀ) ਇੱਕ ਚੰਗਾ ਕਲਾਕਾਰ ਹੈ| ਆਪਣੇ ਕਿਰਦਾਰ ਦੇ ਮੁਤਾਬਿਕ ਉਸਨੇ ਕਾਫੀ ਵਧੀਆ ਕੰਮ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ| ਨਿਰਮਲ ਰਿਸ਼ੀ ਅਤੇ ਬੀ. ਐਨ. ਸ਼ਰਮਾ ਨੇ ਇੱਕ ਵਾਰ ਫੇਰ ਆਪਣੀ ਅਦਾਕਾਰੀ ਦਾ ਲੋਹਾ ਮਨਵਾਇਆ ਹੈ| ਰੋਸ਼ਨ ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸ ਜਿਥੇ ਇੱਕ ਕਮਾਲ ਗਾਇਕ ਹੈ ਓਥੇ ਹੀ ਉਸਨੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਅਦਾਕਾਰੀ ਨਾਲ ਸਾਬਿਤ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ ਕੇ ਉਹ ਇੱਕ ਚੰਗਾ ਅਦਾਕਾਰ ਵੀ ਹੈ| ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ਕ ਨੇ ਵੀ ਉਸਦੇ ਕਿਰਦਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਨਿਖਾਰ ਕੇ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ| ਪ੍ਰਾਚੀ ਪਰਦੇ ਤੇ ਬਿਲਕੁਲ ਵੀ ਓਪਰੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਲਗਦੀ| ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਨਾਂ ਆਉਣ ਦੇ ਬਾਵਜੂਦ ਉਸਨੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਡਾਇਲੋਗ ਆਪ ਹੀ ਬੋਲੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਕਿਰਦਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਬਾਖੂਬੀ ਨਿਭਾਇਆ ਹੈ|

Beauty doesn’t lie only in skinny body it lies in every woman whether it’s healthy or plus size. Daksha Digitas and Hardeep Arora Innovater organized a Beauty Pageant, Ms Plus Size North India 2017 in which Plus size ladies will walk the ramp and fulfill their dream of winning a beauty pageant.
The first British-Asian plus size model and the brand ambassador of Ms Plus Size North India Bishamber Das was present at the event held in Chandigarh. To cheer the contestants model Bishamber Das personally met them and saw their practice session and Dress Rehearsal.
Model Bishamber Das said, “Size doesn’t define your Beauty and Confidence. Beauty is about being comfortable and believing in you. Women have to deal with many issues related to their size and I personally feel that they shouldn’t be pressurized to go through depression. Ms Plus Size North India 2017 is a platform where girls whether married or unmarried, plus in size can come forward, live their life and fulfill the dream of winning a Beauty Pageant. This platform will surely treat them like a queen and will make them more confident.”
Daksha Digitas Owner Binod Kumar and Hardeep Arora Innovater Owner Hardeep Arora said, “Every woman is unique and precious in her own way and these days Curves are the new sexy. We have conducted auditions in many cities and we are very happy to see the response and talent of the women. We took an initiative to break the myth that only thin ladies are beautiful and they can only win the Beauty Pageants.”

The Film Is a story set in early 90’s in a remote village somewhere in Punjab, revolving around a police officer who is popularly known as ‘SAAB BAHADAR’ among the villagers. Ammy Virk who seems to be enjoying his role throughout the shooting got a chance to overcome his fear and experience those things that he had never done before in life. There was a scene in the film in which he is chasing a man who is riding a bike, and when they both are riding, he has to remove the keys of his opponent’s bike and perform a drift stunt to stop the man. For him it was tough to perform the stunt in one take so he took rehearsals and there after completed it smoothly. This is an experience which he had never felt before and it came as a nice shot. Ammy Virk is enjoying current phase of his life, as from singer and actor he is now performing stunts in his films which will be a great delight for his audience to watch.
The film is a Mystery Thriller and is a making of Gunbir Singh Sidhu and Manmord Sidhu who have given successful commercial films like Jatt & Juliet part 1&2, Punjab 1984, Sardaarji part 1&2 and much more.”

Made under the banner of Sahaj Productions, the movie “Saavi – Ek Anokhi Dulhan”, depicts the truth behind the female barter system which is still exists in our society. Its music was released here today and on this occasion the Producer said that this film is based on a tradition called Batta-Satta, which is a female barter system which is still prevailing in our present society, in Chamba, Himachal Pardesh, and is being used by Muslim Gujjar Society. This film is being directed by Rajeev Kumar, who has directed an award winning film Nabar.
The Producer, Bhanu Sharma said, “A time when We talk about going to Mars but our women are being ill-treated under this barter system. The makers of this film is famous in their own works. The story has been written by Jagdish Sachdeva, who is a renowned writer and director from Amritsar. This film is based on his Play, “Saavi”. This play has been rated as best in the last 65 years of the plays shown and has been translated in English by the Punjabi Academy of New Delhi.
The Music and lyrics has been given by Ravi Sheen and Anamik Chauhan. The film has Seven songs in total. The songs have been sung by bollywood’s famous and renowned voices like Sunidhi Chauhan, Hard Kaur, Neeti Mohan, Shalmili Kolgade, Sona Mahapatra, Saida Begum, Harpreet Singh, Rekha Bhardwaj and Javed Bashir.
The starcast includes Jaspinder Cheema, Ashish Duggal, Nirmal Rishi, Manni Boparai, Daljinder Basran, Ambreesh Saxena, Damanpreet Kaur, Rajinder Dhaliwal, Tejinder Pal Dheer, Kalra Ji and Mahabir Bhullar.
The Director Rajeev Kumar has written the screenplay of the movie. The cinematography has been done by Satya Parkash Rath. The dialogues has been penned down by Balwinder Singh Grewal and Aaryan Saxena . The Producers of the film are Bhanu Sharma, Ved Yadav and Ranjit Singh.

This film is definitely first of its kind. The actors and makers of the film also have tried many things for the first time. Actor Ammy Virk will be seen doing stunts and film promises to deliver many scenes that will keep the audience on the edge.
