The song has been completely shot outdoor on live locations in Patiala, Jalandhar, Amritsar and other parts of Punjab, within a span of 8 days. Mr. Maan has performed all the risky stunts himself without using body doubles. There were shots where he was required to be suspended almost 120 feet in the air.
The first song, title track Punjab, was released today which will be followed by the second song and video which is scheduled for the first week of March. Third song along with the entire album will release sometime in the mid of March.

Taaj is going to be the director of the movie. This is his first film. Before this he has directed many music videos.

The producers of the movie are Mahi Aulakh and Jagdeep Sarpanch. Kulbir Jhinjer and Mankirat Pannu have sung Sadke Sadke. Music to all these songs is given by R Guru. Sharry Mann has sung the movie’s title track penned by him and the film’s writer Jass Grewal. Nick Dhammu has arranged the music for the signature number. Rabb Da Radio also brings back the magic of Mohammad Rafi and Asha Bhosle’s collaboration in Das Merya Dilbra. Film’s music has been released under the label White Hill Music.

Punjabi Film industry is continuously trying its level best to give its audience the best of cinema. And in this effort, the upcoming Punjabi Movie, “BIG DADDY” is sure to give us something new. The film has been directed by an enthusiastic Director, Imran Sheikh and its Producer is Keshav Dwedi.

The movie’s trailer was released today in Chandigarh. The film will be released worldwide on 21^st April, 2017. The lead actor of the film is the main character of Star Plus’s famous and popular Show, Saath Nibhana Sathiya, Mohammad Nazim, who belongs to a city called Malerkotla, in Punjab. With Md. Nazim we will see a child Artist, Sartaj and Sabby Suri as a lead actress. We will be able to see Sardar Sohi, Maninder Velly, Seema Kaushal, Gurnam Sidhu Gama and Karan Battan in important characters.

‘Heart is the God’s very own radio; it will always catch the right station.’  Family, love, hatred and faith in God will make your heart take the right decisions. That is the essence of Rabb Da Radio, produced by Manpreet Johal and Vehli Janta Productions which marks the debut of singer-turned-actor Tarsem Jassar alongside Simi Chahal and Mandy Takhar in the lead role.

The film takes us back to the good old Punjab of 80s and 90s, where villages were more than just neighbourhoods. The story revolves around family ties, respect of the elders, pure love and unconditonal faith over God. The movie is directed by Tarnvir Singh Jagpal and Harry Bahtti and the story is written by Jass Grewal. The music of the film is given by R Guru, Nick Dhammu and Deep Jandu.

Singer Tarsem Jassar, who plays the hero in the film, said, “Rabb Da Radio picturises the Punjab of old days in new colours. This film is a dream project. I feel privileged to have got a platform like Rabb da Radio for my celluloid debut. The storyline may seem simple in the first look but the value of family and love are treated with such delicacy that it will touch the hearts of all.”

REVIEW – ‘Rabb Da Radio’ is a love story of 80’s. It’s a really simple story which use to happen in Punjabi families in that era. As we know this is Tarsem Jassar’s first film it look like that every scene in the film has been designed according to his personality.

Simmi Chahal looking is looking pretty as a simple village girl. Mandy Takhar also played her part beautifully. Film’s story, dialogues, Direction and presentation are beautifully done. Film’s Director Tarnveer jagpal and Harry Bhatti made their mark. The story is written by Jass Grewal and I must say beautifully written. Every character in the film looks so real also the music of the film is fantastic too.

So guys it’s a nice film to spend your weekend with your dear ones…
